Biography

Vincent F. Presto graduated from Hofstra University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in applied economics with minor concentrations in mathematics and accounting. Among other involvements, he was a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society, and a member of the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity. He is a 1990 graduate of Temple University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Presto participated in a Federal Court clinical and was junior law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Peter J. Scuderi. He co-formed and played on the Temple Law Rugby Team.

Upon graduation, Mr. Presto served as attorney-advisor for the Office of Administrative Law Judges for the U.S. Department of Labor. He entered private practice and associated with various firms focusing on litigation matters involving employment discrimination, personal injury, and commercial disputes. He was part of a legal team that handled one of the first blood transfusion-associated AIDS cases in Pennsylvania. Over the years, Mr. Presto handled numerous employee ERISA disability benefit cases in Federal Court involving disabilities ranging from chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and musculoskeletal conditions and is attorney of record on several favorable opinions in the field. He has handled numerous cases to verdict in the Federal and state courts, and has obtained favorable arbitration awards in many more compulsory arbitration level cases. He has successfully handled product liability cases, car accidents, premises defect cases, medical malpractice cases, construction injury cases, and breach of contract disputes. Mr. Presto received recognition as having obtained the 15th highest verdict in Pennsylvania on a motor vehicle case in 2018.

Mr. Presto is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and New Jersey Bar. He has taught Business Law and economics as an adjunct instructor for Burlington County Community College.
