Biography

Madison A. Morton focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. Ms. Morton is admitted the Pennsylvania and Florida bars.

Ms. Morton graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University in 2018 and magna cum laude from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2023. While in law school, Ms. Morton served as a research assistant to Professor David S. Cohen and was a member of Drexel Law Review, serving as the Executive Editor of Online Media and Production for Volume XV of the Drexel Law Review. Ms. Morton also participated in a family law clinical, where she represented individuals in custody, protection from abuse, and child support hearings in Philadelphia County.

Prior to joining The Swain Law Firm, Ms. Morton was an associate at a boutique trusts and estates law firm in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
